Service Quality Coordinator (SQC):

A Service Quality Coordinator (SQC) is expected to have a comprehensive understanding of our operational processes and business objectives.  The person must thrive in a team environment and possess the ability to coach and mentor individuals.  A SQC is expected to review and score recorded CSR phone interactions, conduct regularly scheduled coaching sessions to review scorecard results, run reports, and assist with CSR training initiatives.  Staying abreast of supported programs and all current support techniques/tools is critical to success.  Communication skills and professionalism are essential to gain the respect and support of team members.
