In return, we’ll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about. Basic Summary We are seeking an Operational Excellence Analyst  for our Biologics Testing Solutions site located in Wayne. You may be required to work a rotating shift schedule that may require weekend hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

  Ability to manage multiple projects, create deadlines, and escalate issues.  Ability to create smartsheet tools, analysis, and Business Intelligence reporting. Understanding of  the following: Lean Six Sigma Methodology, conducting Kaizen Workshops, understanding of elements of laboratory services delivery, including: strategy, business planning, operations and financial conditions. Ability to communicate with front line staff and senior leadership in an effective manner. Ability to accomplish results and effectively integrate functions with business plans. Consistently demonstrates and encourages a commitment to quality, customer-centeredness, productivity, and continuous improvement. Demonstrates a leadership style that builds and maintains a climate of trust and inspires commitment from others to achieve organization goals. Ability to build, attract and develop a superior management team by demonstrating and setting high standards of behavior, performance, quality, credibility and integrity. Raises performance to levels that would not otherwise be achieved. Consistently interacts with all members of the organization in ways that enhance understanding, respect, cooperation and problem-solving. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in a scientific, Engineering, Business Analyst or related field.   2 to 3 years in process improvement with a proven track record in operations and project management required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Certification/Licensure:  Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP preferred;. Ability to multi-task, excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.   Possess analytical thinking and problem solving skills.   Ability to prioritize and re-evaluate priorities as situations change.   Working knowledge of computer software (MS Office, MS Project, Excel and database experience preferred). Must regularly operate a computer and occasionally operate other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.  Must regularly communicate with employees/customers; must be able to exchange accurate information. May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) according to OSHA regulations and company standards General office working conditions, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
