Information Security Manager (Governance)

Parexel is hiring an Information Security Manager to manage the information security governance activities; part of the program including enriching formation Security Knowledge Center (frameworks, regulatory, contractual obligation, security controls), managing Information Security Committees, ensuring Information Security certifications i.e. ISO27001, and leveraging Information Security metrics. Deep understanding of the enterprise information security governance discipline, processes, concepts, and best practices.Demonstrated consultative approach to driving change. Ability to quickly grasp how new frameworks and how they might be applied to achieve business goalsDemonstrated ability to work effectively with a team, delivering high performance and customer satisfaction, in a culturally diverse, matrix management environment. Strong facilitation skills and a clear ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, including executive managers and vendors. Strong, proven problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems, driving solutions through to completion.Experience in working in a global / multi-national and therefore complex environmentIn depth understanding of information security from technology, processes, operations, program management, consulting and business management perspectives.Education:Degree in a technology, business technology combination other relevant experience required.
