OMEGA-SPM-DOSE 임상시험과 OMEGA-SPM-PAD 임상시험은 고농축 n-3 PUFA 대사산물(SPM 에멀젼)을 함유한 새로운 제형의 영양 보조제의 효과를 조사하는 파일럿 연구의 두 부분입니다. 건강한 지원자와 말초 동맥 질환(PAD) 환자의 대사-지질 프로파일.
10명의 건강한 지원자와 10명의 PAD 환자가 파트 1a, "OMEGA-SPM-DOSE 연구"에 참여합니다.

- 휴식 또는 운동 ABI < 0.9 또는 TBI < 0.6
- 40세 이상

제외 기준:
PAD, OA 환자 및 건강한 자원봉사자:
- PAD 치료를 위해 1개월 이내에 수술 또는 PVI를 받을 계획
- 활동성 감염의 증거
- 생선이나 해산물에 대한 과민성 또는 알레르기
- 이미 n-3 PUFA 또는 동급
- 만성 간 질환, 말기 신장 질환(CKD 5) 또는 만성 염증성 질환
- 잘 조절되지 않는 당뇨병(HbA1C > 8%)
- BMI < 20 또는 >35
- 30일 이내의 최근 기타 주요 수술 또는 질병
- 면역억제제 또는 스테로이드 사용
