현재 연구의 목적은 활동성 루푸스 신염(LN)의 치료 표준 치료에 추가된 보클로스포린이 52주의 치료 기간 동안 질병 활동을 감소시킬 수 있는지 여부를 조사하는 것입니다.
배경 요법은 미코페놀레이트 모페틸(MMF) 및 IV 메틸프레드니솔론을 사용한 초기 치료에 이어서 경구 코르티코스테로이드의 감소 과정이 될 것입니다.

- 다음과 같이 정의되는 활성 신염의 증거가 있는 피험자:
- Class III, IV-S, IV-G(단독 또는 Class V와 병용) 또는 지난 6개월 이내에 UPCR이 최소로 두 배 이상 증가한 Class V 림프절을 나타내는 스크리닝 전 2년 이내에 신장 생검 결과 스크리닝 시 Class III/IV의 경우 ≥1.5 mg/mg 또는 Class V의 경우 최소 ≥2 mg/mg. 스크리닝 전 6개월 이상의 생검 결과는 적격성을 확인하기 위해 의료 모니터로 검토해야 합니다.
