제외 기준:
- 사이클 에르고미터 및 저항 운동의 실행을 포함하여 운동 물리치료의 성능을 손상시키는 임상적 합병증을 나타냅니다.
- 신체 성능 평가 테스트 실행을 방해하는 이전 근골격 변화를 제시합니다.
- 제한된 심혈관 또는 폐 질환, 심각한 정신 또는 신경 장애 및/또는 연구에 사용될 문서 및 양식의 해석이 제한적인 환자;

실험적: 유산소운동그룹
연령별 예측 최대 HR(HRmax = 200세)의 65~75% 사이에서 심박수(HR)를 유지하도록 부하를 조정하여 15분 연속 지속되는 사이클 에르고미터를 사용한 유산소 운동입니다.

유산소 운동 그룹은 연령별 예상 최대 심박수(HRmax = 200세)의 65~75% 사이에서 심박수(HR)를 유지하도록 조정된 부하로 15분 동안 연속적으로 사이클 인체측정기를 수행합니다.
말초 산소 포화도가 제어되며, 90% 미만으로 지속적으로 떨어지면(부하 감소 후 > 2분) 세션이 중단됩니다.
주관적인 다리의 피로감과 숨가쁨을 지속적으로 모니터링하여 8(0~10) 이상의 값이 나타나면 운동을 중단합니다.

근육 과부하를 촉진하기 위해 정강이 보호대와 탄성 밴드를 사용하는 근력 훈련으로 최대 힘 생산을 생성하며 수축 시간은 20초를 초과해서는 안 됩니다.

무산소운동그룹은 최대 근력을 활용한 근력운동을 실시하며, 수축시간은 20초를 넘지 않도록 합니다.
상지의 경우, 탄성 밴드를 사용하여 과부하를 주며, 환자에게 어깨 외회전 운동, 팔꿈치 굴곡 운동, 오픈 로잉 운동을 수행하도록 지도합니다.
하지의 경우 브릿지 동작, 런지, 윗몸일으키기 운동을 최대 15회 반복하며 체중 외에 발목 웨이트나 덤벨을 이용한 과부하도 가능하다.
근육 수축은 환자를 근육 피로 상태로 이끌어야 하며, 목표가 달성되지 않으면 환자가 최대 근력에 도달할 수 있도록 더 큰 근력을 요구하도록 운동을 조정합니다.
