진행성 연조직 육종에서 BAY-9006(NSC #724772)의 II상 시험
근거: 소라페닙은 세포 성장에 필요한 일부 효소를 차단하고 종양으로 가는 혈류를 차단하여 종양 세포의 성장을 멈출 수 있습니다.
목적: 이 2상 시험은 소라페닙이 진행성 연조직 육종 환자 치료에 얼마나 잘 작용하는지 연구하고 있습니다.

상세 설명
목표:
- 소라페닙으로 치료받은 진행성 연조직 육종 환자의 객관적 반응률(확인, 완전 및 부분)을 결정합니다.
- 이 약으로 치료받은 환자의 4개월 무진행 생존율을 결정합니다.
- 이 약으로 치료받은 환자에서 이상반응의 빈도와 중증도를 결정합니다.
기타 목표(자금이 허용되는 경우):
- 4주째에 양전자 방출 단층촬영 스캔을 통해 표적 병변의 표준 흡수 변수(SUV) 감소와 이 약물로 치료받은 환자의 반응을 예비적으로 연관시킵니다.
- KIT, PDGFR, VEGFR 및 raf/mek/erk 경로의 인산화 상태를 이 약물로 치료한 환자의 반응과 예비적으로 연관시킵니다.
- 예비적으로 가장 일반적인 B-raf 키나아제 돌연변이와 이 약물로 치료받은 환자의 반응을 연관시킵니다.
개요: 이것은 다기관 연구입니다. 환자는 조직학(평활근육종 대 지방육종 대 혈관육종, 혈관육종 또는 혈관주위세포종)에 따라 계층화됩니다.
환자는 1-28일에 매일 2회 경구용 소라페닙을 투여받습니다. 과정은 질병 진행 또는 허용할 수 없는 독성이 없는 경우 28일마다 반복됩니다.
연구 치료 완료 후 환자는 질병이 진행될 때까지 8주마다, 이후 2년 동안 6개월마다, 최대 3년 동안 매년 추적 관찰됩니다.
예상 발생: 총 45-75명의 환자(계층당 15-25명)가 15-38개월 이내에 이 연구를 위해 누적될 것입니다.
