- IPSS ≥ 15
- 전립선 용적 ≥ 30mL ≤ 70mL
- Qmax < 15mL/초(최소 공극 125mL 기준)
- 연구 기간 동안 다른 승인된 또는 실험적인 BPH 또는 OAB 약물을 사용하지 않는다는 데 동의합니다.
제외 기준:
- 연구를 방해하거나 피험자를 위험에 빠뜨릴 수 있는 질병 또는 상태의 병력

- BPH 치료를 위한 이전 수술 또는 MIST
- 배뇨 후 잔뇨량 > 200 mL
