기본 목표:

I. 진행성 췌장 신경내분비 종양 환자에서 테모졸로미드 단독 또는 테모졸로미드 및 카페시타빈과 관련된 무진행 생존(PFS)을 평가하기 위함.

2차 목표:

I. 진행성 췌장 신경내분비 종양 환자에서 테모졸로미드 단독 또는 테모졸로미드 및 카페시타빈 치료와 관련된 반응률(RR)을 평가하기 위함.

II. 진행성 췌장 신경내분비 종양 환자에서 테모졸로미드 단독 또는 테모졸로미드와 카페시타빈과 관련된 전체 생존(OS)을 평가합니다.

III. 진행성 췌장 신경내분비 종양 환자에서 테모졸로미드 단독 또는 테모졸로미드와 카페시타빈 치료와 관련된 독성을 평가합니다.

  • 환자는 조직학적 또는 병리학적으로 확인된 국소 절제 불가능 또는 전이성 저급 또는 중급 췌장 신경내분비 종양이 있어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 RECIST(Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors) 1.1 기준에 따라 측정 가능한 질병이 있어야 합니다. 질병의 모든 부위에 대한 기준선 측정 및 평가는 무작위 배정 전 <= 4주 전에 획득해야 하며 다상 CT 또는 조영 자기 공명 영상(MRI)으로 획득해야 합니다.
