노쇠한 노년층의 신체 기능에 있어 기존 물리치료와 연계된 비디오 게임을 이용한 운동 프로그램이 기존 물리치료와 비교한 효과: 무작위 임상시험
노쇠는 65세에서 80세까지 노인의 약 7%에서 30%에 이르는 매우 흔한 질환입니다[2]. 운동이 허약한 노인들에게 유익한 것처럼 보였지만 이 집단의 신체 기능을 향상시킬 수 있는 신체 운동의 적절한 방식, 빈도 및 강도를 나타내는 증거는 여전히 불충분합니다[9]. 인터랙티브 게임(exergames)을 사용하는 가상 현실(VR)은 최근 몇 년 동안 광범위한 과학적 및 임상적 관심을 불러일으켰습니다[10]. 연구에 따르면 노인은 이동성[12, 13], 하지 근력[14], 인지, 특히 실행 기능[13], 신체 균형[10, 15-18], 반응 시간[12 ] 낙상을 예방하는 데 간접적으로 기여할 수 있습니다[10, 19, 20]. 그러나 엑서게임의 사용이 다른 유형의 중재[21-23] 또는 기존의 물리치료와 병행하는 것[24]보다 우월하다는 근거는 아직 불충분하다[24]. 기존의 물리 치료와 비교했을 때 허약하고 허약한 노인의 신체 기능을 향상시키는 대화형 비디오 게임(운동 게임). 6개월의 추적 기간이 있는 병렬 무작위 임상은 82명의 허약한 지역 사회 거주 노인을 대상으로 수행됩니다. 실험 그룹에 무작위로 배정된 참가자는 30분의 일반 물리 치료와 20분의 치료를 Kinect 센서가 있는 대화형 게임 Xbox 360 비디오 게임 및 엔터테인먼트 Microsoft 시스템을 사용하여 받게 됩니다.

노쇠는 다양한 생리적 시스템의 누적 쇠퇴로 인해 스트레스에 대한 저항력과 기능 예비력이 감소하고 결과적으로 취약한 상태가 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물학적 노인 증후군으로 간주됩니다[2]. 장애, 재발성 입원, 제도화, 낙상 및 사망률[2-4]과 같은 부정적인 건강 관련 결과는 새로운 공중 보건 문제로 간주되는 허약함과 관련이 있습니다[2, 5]. 신체적 운동은 기능적 능력과 성능에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 연약한 노인의 이동성 관련 결과의 예방 및 재활을 위한 중재 전략으로 권장되었습니다[8].
근력, 근지구력 및 운동 인지 과정과 같은 여러 기능적 영역의 손상을 특징으로 하는 기능적 하향 나선형은 궁극적으로 제한된 이동성과 신체 활동 수준 감소로 이어지는 것이 허약한 노인에게서 흔히 관찰됩니다. 다감각, 인지 및 운동 기술의 통합을 촉진하는 개입은 노인들이 한계에도 불구하고 더 오랜 기간 동안 더 활동적으로 남아 있도록 동기를 부여할 수 있습니다. 중증 인지 장애가 없는 지역사회 거주 노인(교육 수준에 따라 조정된 미니 정신 상태 검사(MMSE) 점수로 정의됨) 기준 컷오프 점수: 문맹자는 13점, 초중급자는 18점 , 26) 수준이 높거나 최소 3개월 이상 물리치료를 받지 않고 Fried et al. 기준:
- 전년도에 의도하지 않은 체중의 ≥ 5% 또는 ≥ 4.5kg의 체중 감소.
- 역학 연구 센터의 두 가지 질문에 의해 표시된 자체 보고된 피로로 평가된 피로 - 우울증: (a) 내가 한 모든 일이 노력이라고 느꼈습니다. (b) 나는 갈 수 없었다. . 이러한 질문 중 하나에 "2" 또는 "3"으로 답한 피험자는 소진 기준에 따라 허약한 것으로 분류됩니다.

실험적: 엑서게임 + 기존 물리치료
이 그룹은 12주 동안 주 2회 인터랙티브 게임 Xbox 360 비디오 게임 및 엔터테인먼트 Kinect 센서가 장착된 Microsoft 시스템을 사용하여 30분의 기존 물리 치료와 20분의 치료를 받게 됩니다.
각 게임에는 각 참가자의 성과에 따라 사용할 수 있는 세 가지 난이도가 있습니다.
기존 물리 치료의 프로토콜은 맞춤화되며 근력 및 근력, 유연성, 이동성, 균형 및 유산소 컨디셔닝 운동을 향상시키는 운동을 포함합니다.
