没有严重认知障碍的社区老年人(定义为根据教育水平调整的简易精神状态检查(MMSE)分数,参考分界点分数为:文盲 13 分;初等和中等水平 18 分, 以及那些具有高水平 26) 的人的 26 分) 至少三个月没有任何物理治疗干预并根据使用 Fried 等人的虚弱表型分类为虚弱或虚弱前期。标准:
- 上一年非故意减重≥5%或体重≥4.5kg。
- 用流行病学研究中心的两个问题表明的自我报告的疲劳评估的疲惫 - 抑郁症:(a)我觉得我所做的一切都是努力; (b) 我无法前进。 . 根据疲惫标准,对这些问题中的任何一个回答“2”或“3”的受试者被归类为虚弱。
