상세 설명
우리는 200명의 고위험 노인(70-89세, 인지 테스트에서 정상 수행이 낮고 개입 대상이 될 수정 가능한 위험 요소가 2개 이상임)을 2년 동안 체계적 다중 도메인 알츠하이머 위험 감소 시험에 무작위 배정할 것을 제안합니다. (SMARRT) 개입 또는 건강 교육(HE) 통제.
SMARRT 팀은 중재군에 무작위로 배정된 참가자들과 협력하여 위험 감소를 해결하기 위한 맞춤형 조치 계획을 개발할 것입니다. 대상 영역에는 다음이 포함됩니다. 신체적, 정신적 및 사회적 활동 증가; 심혈관 위험 인자(당뇨병, 고혈압) 조절; 금연; 우울 증상 감소; 수면 개선; 신경보호 식이요법; 잠재적으로 유해한 약물 사용 감소. HE 참가자는 이러한 주제에 대한 정기적인 유인물을 우편으로 받게 됩니다.

- Charlson comorbidity index score 5 이상

활성 비교기: 스마트 개입
SMARRT 개입 팀은 표준화된 절차를 사용하여 SMARRT 개입 부문에 무작위 배정된 각 참가자에 대한 개별화된 알츠하이머 위험 프로필을 개발합니다.
그런 다음 참가자는 중재자와 직접 만나 위험 프로필을 검토하고 초기 개인화된 위험 감소 실행 계획을 개발합니다.
COVID 기간 동안 등록한 소수의 참가자의 경우 초기 중재자 방문이 전화로 수행되었습니다.

참가자마다 정확한 연락 횟수와 방식(전화 또는 대면)은 다르지만 각 참가자와 매월 최소 1회의 연락을 하는 것을 목표로 합니다.
모범 사례에는 2년 개입 기간 동안 1년에 두 번 대면 회의가 포함됩니다.
