mPATH-Lung(건강을 위한 모바일 환자 기술 - 폐)은 폐암 검진 자격이 있는 환자를 식별하고 검진을 받도록 돕는 혁신적인 디지털 아웃리치 프로그램입니다. 이 연구는 1) 2개의 대규모 건강 네트워크에서 1차 진료 환자를 대상으로 수행된 실용적인 무작위 통제 시험에서 폐암 검진 수령에 대한 mPATH-Lung의 효과를 결정하고, 2) 환자의 검진 결정 및 검진 행동의 동인을 설명합니다. ; 3) 프로그램 데이터, 설문 조사 및 인터뷰를 사용하여 mPATH-Lung의 지속 가능성 및 보급에 영향을 미칠 구현 결과를 탐색합니다.

상세 설명
1차 목표: 두 개의 대규모 건강 네트워크인 Wake Forest Baptist Health와 University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill에서 모집한 1318명의 환자를 대상으로 한 무작위 실용적 임상 시험에서 LCS 수령 시 mPATH-Lung의 효과를 확인합니다.
보조 목표:
- mPATH-Lung에 포함된 가치 설명 연습과 최소 50명의 환자에 대한 추가 반구조화된 인터뷰를 통해 LCS를 받거나 포기하는 환자의 결정 동인을 설명합니다.
