II. 면역 관련 (ir)RECIST 기준으로 PFS를 비교합니다. III. 면역관문억제제(ICI) 중단 후 무치료 기간(TFI)을 결정하기 위해. (팔 B) IV. ICI 재도전 후 RECIST 1.1 기준에 의한 반응률을 결정하기 위함. (아암 B) V. CTCAE(Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events) 5.0에 따라 각 연구 아암의 부작용을 평가합니다.
