- 피험자는 일반적으로 무균 부위(눈, 심장 조직, 뼈 조직, 중추 신경계 또는 보철 장치 제외)에서 수집한 혈류 또는 조직 배양에서 칸디다 균종의 증거로 정의되는 칸디다혈증 및/또는 침습성 칸디다증 진단을 받았습니다. ≤ 4 관련 임상 징후 및/또는 증상(예: 발열[한 번 > 38°C], 저혈압 또는 염증의 국소 징후)을 동반한 IV 에키노칸딘을 시작하기 며칠 전(96시간 이내).
주요 제외 기준:
피험자는 스크리닝 시 다음과 같은 형태의 침습성 칸디다증이 있습니다.
- 보철 관절의 패혈성 관절염(천연 관절의 패혈성 관절염은 허용됨),
- 골수염,
- 심내막염 또는 심근염,
- 뇌수막염, 안구내염 또는 모든 중추신경계 감염,
- 만성 파종성 칸디다증,
- 요로에서 해결되지 않은 폐쇄 또는 제거할 수 없는 장치에 이차적인 상행 칸디다 감염으로 인한 요로 칸디다증,
- 점막피부 칸디다증, 즉 구인두, 식도 또는 생식기 칸디다증의 단독 진단을 받은 환자; 또는 칸디다 하부 요로 감염 또는 호흡기 표본에서만 분리된 칸디다,
- 칸디다 균 이외의 동시 침습성 진균 감염(예: 크립토코쿠스증, 곰팡이 감염 또는 풍토성 진균 감염)이 있는 환자,
- 동일한 감염에 대한 이전의 항진균제 치료에 실패한 환자,
- 피험자는 칸디다혈증 또는 침습성 칸디다증의 원인일 가능성이 있는 부적절하게 통제된 진균성 질병 원인(예: 제거할 수 없는 유치 혈관 카테터 또는 장치 또는 배액할 수 없는 농양)을 가지고 있습니다.
