포함 기준:

  • 환자 또는 법적으로 권한을 위임받은 대리인은 연구 참여 전에 연구별 정보에 입각한 동의를 제공해야 하며, 미국에서 치료를 받는 환자의 경우 개인 건강 정보 공개를 허용하는 승인을 제공해야 합니다.

  • 유방 보존 수술을 받고 최소 4주기(12주)의 선행 화학 요법 또는 보조 화학 요법과 HER2 표적 요법을 완료한 여성 및 남성 환자.

    -≥ 40세

  • ECOG 수행도 0,1 또는 2/Karnofsky 수행도 60 이상
  • 조직학적 또는 세포학적으로 확인된 침윤성 유방암.
  • 종양은 현지 검사 결과를 기반으로 현재 ASCO/CAP 지침에 따라 HER2 양성으로 결정되어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 겨드랑이 병기, 감시림프절 생검(SNB) 또는 겨드랑이 림프절 절제술(ALND)을 받아야 합니다. 신보강 환자의 경우 신보강 요법 후 SNB를 강력히 권장합니다. 신보강 요법 이전의 SNB는 권장되지 않지만 결절 음성(pN0)인 경우 환자는 허용됩니다.
  • AJCC 8판 기준에 따라 다음 준비 기준을 충족해야 합니다.

보조 코호트 : 병리학적 평가에 의해 환자의 원발성 종양은 </= 2 cm이어야 하고 동측 결절은 pN0이어야 합니다. 외과적 종괴절제술 마진은 침습성 암 및 관내 암종(종양에 잉크 없음)에 대해 음성이어야 합니다.
