Deze studie maakt gebruik van prospectieve, retrospectieve, observationele, niet-geblindeerde, multicenter, single-arm, post-marketing ziekenhuisgegevensverzameling en onderzoeksmethoden.
Het doel van deze studie is het beoordelen van de veiligheid van het BIOTRONIK Orsiro Sirolimus-eluting coronaire stentsysteem in de Chinese patiëntenpopulatie nadat het in China op de markt is gebracht.

Inclusiecriteria:
- De proefpersoon moet 18 jaar of ouder zijn op het moment dat hij de procedure ondergaat;
- Proefpersonen ondertekenen geïnformeerde toestemming;
- De proefpersoon ondertekende een geïnformeerde toestemming die binnen 12 maanden oud was en alleen werd geïmplanteerd met het BIOTRONIK Orsiro Sirolimus-eluting coronaire stentsysteem tijdens de stentimplantatieoperatie.
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- De proefpersoon heeft of had een levensverwachting van minder dan 12 maanden na behandeling met BIOTRONIK Orsiro Sirolimus-eluting coronair stentsysteem bij stentimplantatie;
- PCI heeft ondergaan zonder implantatie van een onderzoeksstent;
- De proefpersoon heeft bekende allergieën voor de volgende stoffen: aspirine, heparine/divalerythromycine, P2Y12-remmers (clopidogrel/prasugrel/ticagrelor), bivalirudine, rapamycine, L-605 kobalt-chroom (Co-Cr)-legering of de belangrijkste elementen ervan (kobalt, chroom, wolfraam en nikkel), acrylzuur, fluorpolymeer, siliciumcarbide, PLLA-allergie of contra-indicaties;
- De onderzoeker oordeelt dat de proefpersoon slecht meewerkt en het onderzoek niet kan voltooien zoals vereist, of andere omstandigheden die niet geschikt zijn voor deelname aan dit onderzoek.

BIOTRONIK Orsiro Sirolimus-eluerend coronair stentsysteem
Proefpersoon geïmplanteerd met BIOTRONIK Orsiro Sirolimus-eluerend coronair stentsysteem tijdens stentimplantatie.

Tijdens de procedure beoordeelt de onderzoeker de arteriële diameter en de lengte van de laesie visueel of met behulp van QCA om de juiste stent te selecteren. Het aantal stents dat voor elke laesie nodig is, wordt door de onderzoeker bepaald op basis van de specifieke omstandigheden. De lengte van de stent moet zich uitstrekken van het proximale normale referentievat tot het distale normale referentievat, waardoor volledige dekking van de laesie wordt gegarandeerd. Het aantal stents dat voor elke laesie nodig is, wordt door de onderzoeker bepaald op basis van de specifieke omstandigheden. Als de eerste stent de laesie niet volledig bedekt, kunnen een tweede of zelfs meer stents worden gebruikt. In dergelijke gevallen worden de tweede of aanvullende stents door de onderzoeker geselecteerd op basis van de specifieke omstandigheden, zoals het gebruik van Orsiro SES-stents, tenzij dit klinisch gecontra-indiceerd of specifiek vereist is.
