Protocolo chino del proyecto de estudio clínico posterior a la comercialización para evaluar la seguridad del sistema de stent coronario liberador de sirolimus Orsiro de BIOTRONIK
Este ensayo utiliza métodos de investigación y recopilación de datos hospitalarios posteriores a la comercialización prospectivos, retrospectivos, observacionales, no ciegos, multicéntricos, de un solo brazo.
El objetivo de este estudio es evaluar la seguridad del sistema de stent coronario liberador de sirolimus Orsiro de BIOTRONIK en la población de pacientes chinos después de su comercialización en China.

Descripción
Criterios de inclusión:
- El sujeto debe tener 18 años o más al momento de someterse al procedimiento;
- Los sujetos firman el consentimiento informado;
- El sujeto firmó un consentimiento informado con una antigüedad de 12 meses y solo se le implantó el sistema de stent coronario liberador de sirolimus Orsiro de BIOTRONIK en la operación de implantación del stent.
Criterio de exclusión:
- El sujeto tiene o ha tenido una esperanza de vida inferior a 12 meses después del tratamiento con el sistema de stent coronario liberador de sirolimus Orsiro de BIOTRONIK en una operación de implantación de stent;
- Se ha sometido a una ICP sin implante de stent de estudio;
- El sujeto tiene alguna alergia conocida a las siguientes sustancias: aspirina, heparina/divaleritromicina, inhibidores de P2Y12 (clopidogrel/prasugrel/ticagrelor), bivalirudina, rapamicina, aleación de cobalto-cromo (Co-Cr) L-605 o sus elementos principales (cobalto, cromo, tungsteno y níquel), ácido acrílico, fluoropolímero, carburo de silicio, alergia o contraindicaciones PLLA;
- El investigador juzga que el sujeto tiene un cumplimiento deficiente y no puede completar el estudio según lo requerido, u otras circunstancias que no son adecuadas para participar en este estudio.

BIOTRONIK Orsiro Sistema de stent coronario liberador de sirolimus
Sujeto al que se le implantó el sistema de stent coronario liberador de sirolimus BIOTRONIK Orsiro en una operación de implantación de stent.

Durante el procedimiento, el investigador evalúa el diámetro arterial y la longitud de la lesión visualmente o utilizando QCA para seleccionar el stent apropiado. El investigador determina la cantidad de stents necesarios para cada lesión en función de las circunstancias específicas. La longitud del stent debe cubrir desde el vaso de referencia normal proximal hasta el vaso de referencia normal distal, asegurando una cobertura completa de la lesión. El investigador determina la cantidad de stents necesarios para cada lesión en función de las circunstancias específicas. Si el primer stent no cubre completamente la lesión, se pueden usar un segundo stent o incluso más. En tales casos, el investigador selecciona el segundo stent o los stents adicionales en función de las circunstancias específicas, como el uso de stents Orsiro SES, a menos que esté clínicamente contraindicado o sea específicamente necesario.
