Project Executive (Jeddah / Madinah /Mecca)

Purpose of the Role

Project Executive is a dedicated resource (this resource may have Clinical Background). This Project Executive will report to and be supervised by the assigned Project Manager, they will work closely as a registry team on implementation of the registry scope

Principal Accountabilities

• Daily/weekly basis interaction & follow up on running tasks with the registry Project Manager.

• Daily/weekly basis interaction & follow up with all registry site users across different user roles & privileges through phone calls & e-mails.

• Participate in project kick off and requirements sessions in coordination with the registry Project Manager.

• Follow & work closely on all client requirements and identified development action needs prepared & supervised by the registry Project Manager.

• Assist client and provide operational and end user support in coordination with the registry Project Manager.

• Support the operations team in all running activities through alignment with the registry Project Manager.

• Support in registry analytics & reports as per client requests through alignment with the registry Project Manager.

Required Background:

• Fresh graduates can be considered

• Prior experience or avid interest in the healthcare and life science industries is a good to have

• Bachelors degree in Clinical Pharmacy

• Project management and customer facing experience

• Willingness to adapt and ability to work under tight timelines

• Arabic and English speaker.
