We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. You will handle the execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Adobe. The successful candidate will be familiar with digital marketing and has the motivation to learn and follow sophisticated processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Implement multi-channel campaigns while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance data using various tools to identify and report on areas for improvement.

  • Optimize campaign performance using data-driven strategies coupled with creative solutioning.

  • Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets to ensure proper pacing and achieve desired business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with teammates including creative designers, content writers, and analytics teams, to ensure cohesive and coordinated marketing efforts.

  • Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, new technologies, and digital marketing methodologies to continuously improve campaign strategies and tactics.

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or other related field.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Digital marketing experience - 0 to 2 years (preferably Social media, Campaign Management System, Google Ads)
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced marketing environment with a dedication to meet commitments.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal partners, and interacting with business and technology partners across all organizational levels.
