The job:

• Help the team leader in the Implementation of new processes within the team, if required
• Especting, monitoring, and implementing policies and procedures related to areas of responsibility;
• Analysis of tenders, evaluation of the requirements, preparation of the administrative documentation;
• Preparation of technical documentation in collaboration with the support team;
• Preparation of the economic quote with the Commercial Department;
• Monitoring tender submission process and ensuring the correct completeness, consistency, and compliance of documentation produced;
• MEPA
• A sound knowledge of standard purchasing procedures is required, as well as the ability to work as part of a team. 
• Proficiency with standard computer software packages, in particular with Excel. A discrete level of written and spoken English is also required.

Who we are looking for:

• Degree
• 3 years of experience in respective role within medical devices
• Solid understanding of local business practices, and legal processes
• Good organizational and analytical skills and priority management
• Demonstrated ability to perform independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and positive.
• Outgoing and friendly, with a “can do” attitude
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Goods computer skills, in particular spreadsheets in Excel.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

• Proven experience in similar roles
