Senior Manager, Change Management Communications Design and Messaging

Home Based, US (Temporary Role)

The Senior Manager, Change Management, Communications Design and Messaging role will be responsible for providing creative messaging strategies, design ideas and technical design support for multi-year, multifunctional growth and operational excellence change initiative across various strategic business units (SBUs) and functions within Parexel.

The senior manager will support corporate and SBU leadership change initiative teams, developing plans that build employee engagement through the development and dissemination of timely, meaningful, relevant messages. To achieve these strategies, the individual will provide a broad range of communications expertise and tactical/technical support. They will provide messaging (writing, editing, and planning) and design (creating videos, SharePoint sites, graphic representations) expertise to a broad range of strategic change initiatives. These efforts will support the overarching corporate program strategy, as well as various teams and departments in executing their specific respective supporting work stream strategies.

Responsibilities:Partner with change initiative teams and SBU leadership sponsors to understand and address communications opportunities to achieve goalsCollaborate with change management workstream leads to develop an engaging multi-media strategy and communications content that informs and inspires SBU and functional staffCreate innovative visuals, videos and SharePoint intranet sites that meaningfully convey to end users core messaging and future benefits of key change initiativesQualifications

Competencies/SkillsSeasoned expert in media design and employee communications Strong creative skills and technical design/development capabilities for multi-media communications deliverablesProficiency with various communications technical tools to design and develop intranet sites, videos and imageryA quick study of complex and dynamic issues and creative problem-solver who can serve as both strategist and tactician Excellent writing and editing skills, including ability to transform complex information into clear, concise, relevant messages for employeesExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to advise and support change initiative teams and business sponsorsComfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, evolving organizational environment while managing multiple projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented and deadline-driven

Required Work Experience10+ years of communications design and/or internal communications experience (global biopharmaceutical industry experience preferred but not necessary)Strong track record of delivering impactful communications media (e.g., including videos, imagery, SharePoint sites, etc.) and message development, and tailoring/targeting communications for different platforms and audiences

Technical Skills DesiredMicrosoft Publisher, Microsoft SharePoint, Video applications (Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
