Sr Business Analyst, Finance Management Systems

The Senior Business Systems Analyst position performs a lead techno-functional role in supporting the Finance Management Systems Team in the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements.

The position will be responsible for helping to create new models that support business decisions by working closely with financial reporting and IT teams to establish initiatives and strategies to improve and simplify business operations and optimize costs.

The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with Project Management to document project scope, objectives, and benefit expectations.

Ideal candidate will have experience with financial systems reporting, data modeling, and finance business processes. QualificationsQualified candidates will possess:

Technical Skills: Word, Excel, SQL, Query, ETL

Competencies: Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies and processes.

Knowledgeable on business process modeling and data mapping.

Capable of writing clear and well-structured business requirements documents.
