Project Finance Manager

PURPOSE

Support leadership in conducting financial and accounting operations of the organization. Prepares, collects and interprets project financial information throughout operational delivery. Management of centralized vendor payments, including financial health analysis. Support management of cost accounting systems and cash flow; participation and support for audits as needed; ensures compliance with regulatory standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support for EAC management on projects alongside Patient Recruitment Leads (monitor / chase variances and approvals)
• Management of current GPSS (Global Patient & Site Solutions) pricing tool (excel-based, costs for our services and we provide budget output to PD/Contracts)
• Management of department POs, including vendor payments and financial tracking to maintain profit margin targets
• Upload of project budgets / baselining in EAC
• CO follow-up and tracking

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience 3 years+ in Project Manager Finance role or similar
• Financial acumen
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of IQVIA finance systems and estimate at completion (EAC) forecasting tool
• Strong-to-Expert level Excel skills
