Manager, Clinical Operations (Study Start Up)

Working home based and from our office location in Sao Paulo you will provide direct line management to an international team of Initiation Clinical Research Associates; ensuring successful completion of your teams' project deliverables, on time and with high quality. You will have a particular focus on training and mentoring new employees in the transition to brand new systems.

You are an experienced clinical research professional with a focus on study start up and a proven track record of successfully line managing or leading a clinical team. You consistently meet client and business needs with all projects optimally resourced with suitably experienced staff. Your mentorship style is focused and efficient, yet friendly and supportive. Fluency in English is required. Only those with proven line management or Team Lead experience will be considered. A University degree in a related filed is required
