Location/Division Specific Information
The Cell Therapy Business Development Senior Manager is a multifaceted field-based role within the Bioproduction Group (BPG) commercial organization, with the responsibility to lead and develop a team of highly skilled Cell Therapy sales specialists in the U.S. to drive adoption of the rapidly growing Cell Therapy portfolio into our customers manufacturing platforms. Reporting into the Cell Culture Cell Therapy (CCCT) sales leader, this role will work closely with the cross-divisional CGT Business development team while also collaborating with the greater BPG commercial team to build a strong a pipeline of revenue growth for the U.S. region and global key accounts.

Applying subject matter expertise in Cell Therapy manufacturing, sales & business development acumen, leadership skills and cross-divisional teamwork to drive technology adoption and revenue growth and assigned key accounts.
A day in the Life:- Regional commercial Cell Therapy subject matter expert (SME) & Business development leader on key accounts for the Cell Therapy portfolio and NPI’s
- Support and drive Cell Therapy revenue growth within the Americas region
- Leads the regional Cell Therapy SFDC pipeline for the Americas and assigned global key accounts, as well as forecasting new and recurring business
Keys to Success:Education- A Bachelor's degree in a life science-related field desired
- A graduate degree in business or a scientific field desired
Experience- Requires a minimum of ten (10) years of sales experience working in a role related to Cell Therapy or BioProcess.
- Experience and knowledge of Cell Therapy market, with a high-level of technical proficiency.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Excellent behavioral and interpersonal skills and proficiencies such as team goal-setting, collaboration, and leadership
- · Outstanding selling skills and key account management expertise, adopting the Miller Heiman sales process.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Education- A Bachelor's degree in a life science-related field desired

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $128,000.00–$191,975.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
