- 前列腺体积 ≥ 30 mL ≤ 70 mL
- Qmax < 15 mL/sec 基于 125 mL 的最小空隙
- 同意在研究期间的任何时间不使用任何其他批准的或实验性 BPH 或 OAB 药物
排除标准：
- 可能干扰研究或危及受试者的疾病史或状况
- 使用可能干扰研究或危及受试者的处方药
- 存在前列腺中叶
- 既往手术或 MIST 治疗 BPH
- 排尿后残余尿量 > 200 mL
- PSA ≥ 10 纳克/毫升； PSA ≥ 4 ng/mL 必须排除前列腺癌（活检阴性）
- 在过去 90 天内参与任何研究药物或设备的研究
- 前列腺癌
