包含基準:
- 研究に登録する前に署名されたインフォームドコンセントを提出してください
- AUASI ≥ 15
- 前立腺容積 ≥ 30 mL ≤ 70 mL
- Qmax < 15 mL/秒（最小空隙量 125 mL に基づく）
- 研究期間中は他の承認済みまたは実験中のBPHまたはOAB薬を使用しないことに同意する
除外基準:
- 研究を妨げたり対象者を危険にさらす可能性のある病気や状態の病歴
- 研究を妨げたり被験者を危険にさらす可能性のある処方薬の使用
- 前立腺正中葉の存在
- 前立腺肥大症の治療のための以前の手術または MIST
- 排尿後の残尿量 > 200 mL
- PSA ≧ 10 ng/mL; PSA ≥ 4 ng/mL の場合、前立腺がんを除外する必要があります (生検陰性)。
- 過去90日以内の治験薬または治験機器の研究への参加
