描述
纳入标准:
- 年满 18 岁
- 在全身麻醉下进行非心脏手术。
- 风险预测评分≥25分(表1)
排除标准:
- 门诊(门诊)手术
- 直接转移到ICU
- 手术后继续插管/计划继续插管
- 怀孕患者:根据 BIDMC 的机构政策,通过术前妊娠测试诊断的患者自我报告检测。
- 患者参加了可能混淆主要终点的其他干预研究。
