Description
Inclusion Criteria:·
- mild to moderate essential hypertension
- no antihypertensive treatment
- good quality echocardiogram
Exclusion Criteria:
- cardiovascular diseases (AMI, stroke o TIA)
- heart failure, valvular heart disease
- diabetes
- secondary hypertension
- atrial fibrillation
- hepatic and renal severe failure
- pregnancy
