Inclusion Criteria:
- Mild allergic rhinitis
- Mild allergic asthma
- Normal lung function
- No other chronic illness
Exclusion Criteria:
- Use of inhaled or oral steroids
- Emergency treatment of asthma in last year
- Inhaled tobacco use
