Inclusion Criteria:
- Acute or chronic disease requiring secretion mobilization as per hospital protocol
Exclusion Criteria:
- Absolute contraindications for positional changes
- Absolute contraindications for chest percussion
- Women visibly pregnant
- Previous enrollment in study
- Previous CPT or Vest treatment
