Vitrectomy
Patients underwent vitrectomy with or without internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling for an idiopathic full-thickness macular hole.
Simultaneous phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation was performed on all phakic patients who were >40-years-of-age.
