Inclusion Criteria:
- over 65 years
- healthy men and women
Exclusion Criteria:
- cardiovascular disease
- COPD
- Parkinson
- rheumatoid arthritis
- musculoskeletal/orthopaedic disorders
- cognitive impairment
- subjects with metal implants
