Inclusion Criteria:
- Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)
- COPD
Exclusion Criteria:
- Inability to perform exercise test due to musculoskeletal limitation
- Cardiac condition preventing patient from mild exercise
- Continuous oxygen supplement
