Inclusion Criteria:
- Healthy males between 18-55 years, inclusive.
- Healthy females of non-childbearing potential between 18 and 55 years, inclusive.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Evidence or history of clinically significant disease.
- Females of childbearing potential.
