Inclusion Criteria:
- hospitalisation in the hematology or intensive care department
- age > 16 years
- informed consent
- proven or probable IPA (EORTC/ MSG criteria)
- galactomannan positivity in BAL or serum
Exclusion Criteria:
- age < 16 years
