Inclusion Criteria:
- HBeAg negative at screening
- Documented chronic Hepatitis B
- Treatment naive
- Compensated liver disease
Exclusion Criteria:
- Chronic Hepatitis B with Child Pugh B & C
- HBeAg positive
- Decompensated liver disease
