Inclusion criteria
- Age> 18 years
- Hospitalized to Siriraj Hospital
- Infected caused by A. baumannii
- Need Colistin treatment
Exclusion criteria
- Pregnancy or Lactating mother
- Colistin or Fosfomycin Allergy
- Patients who have severe abnormal renal or liver function
