Inclusion Criteria:
- Self Poisoning (according to the WHO definition)
- Ability to fill out questionnaire
Exclusion Criteria:
- Hospitalization into psychiatric ward
- Unknown address or ID
- Not registered with General Practitioner
- If institutionalized or in jail.
