Inclusion Criteria:
- AHI > 30
- Intolerance to CPAP therapy
- Signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
- Epworth sleepiness scale > 16/24
- Severe cardiac and/or respiratory disease
- BMI>32 kg/m2
- Dental contraindication to oral appliance
