Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- Insomnia
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Regular telephone service for caregiver
- Stable dose of medication
Exclusion Criteria:
- Signs of obstructive sleep apnea (e.g., turning blue or stop breathing at night, recurrent snoring)
- Receptive language skills under 18 months
