Inclusion Criteria:
- adult males over 55 years of age
- overweight or obese
Exclusion Criteria:
- history of adverse reaction to berries or berry products
- history of adverse reaction to high-fat, high-calorie challenge meal
- significant liver or renal insufficiency
- significant cognitive impairment
