Inclusion Criteria:
- Current cigarette smoker
- Scheduled to undergo elective surgery at Mayo Clinic Rochester
- Age 18 years or older
- Able to fully participate in all study aspects
Exclusion Criteria:
- Unavailable for telephone follow-up
