Inclusion Criteria:
- Included in the RSVP study
- Willing to attend for coronary angiography
- Willing to give written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
- Contraindication to coronary angiography
- participation in research project within previous 60 days
- unwilling to give written informed consent
