- 18 years
- Seen for dissection of the descending aorta
- Dissection of the descending aorta within the last three months
- Affiliation to social security
- Signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
- intervention programmed in relation with dissection of the descending aorta
- Pregnant female
- Adults without legal capacity
