- aged 65+
- current depressive and/or anxiety symptoms
- current depressive and/or anxiety disorder
- able to participate in behavioral study
Exclusion Criteria:
- unable to participate in study

also we will examine ecological momentary assessment measurements of anxiety and depressive symptoms.
