Inclusion Criteria:
- Impaired fasting glucose(100-125 mg/dl)
- HbA1c 5.7-6.4 %
- BMI 26-40 kg/sq.m
Exclusion Criteria:
- MRS contraindication
- Pregnant women
- Liver disease
