Inclusion Criteria:
- Age>18 years
- Upper abdominal or head and neck surgery
- written consent
Exclusion Criteria:
- Age <18 years
- Pregnancy
- History of neuropathy or myopathy,
- History of diaphragm paralysis, thoracic surgery, pneumothorax, pneumomediastinum
