Inclusion Criteria:
≮ 18 years, cervical cancer verified by pathology,
- IIA stage, accepted the operation ( Piver III and pelvic lymph node dissection) as initial therapy, obtained the patient's agreement
Exclusion Criteria:
- the patient had accepted chemotherapy or radiotherapy before operation
